At Boxed In The Bend, powered by FBTY, we strive to provide exceptional products and services while ensuring a smooth experience for our customers. Below are our policies and frequently asked questions to help you navigate your orders with ease.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Notre Dame, Saint Mary’s, Holy Cross, IUSB, and Bethel. We know that our Michiana neighbors love these too, so we're here to serve South Bend, Granger, Mishawaka, and Oceola as well. And we heard you when you asked for expedited delivery! Enjoy hand delivery within a 10-mile radius of South Bend, with shipping options available throughout the continental United States.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1 PM Mon - Friday will ship the same day. For hand delivery, expect next-day service. (Though these can go out same day pending availability)
Orders placed after 1 PM will ship or be delivered the next business day. We do not ship on weekends.
What about dorm deliveries or when no one is home?
For dorm deliveries, please ensure someone is available to sign for the package. Drivers cannot enter residence halls without an escort or security credentials.
Undeliverable packages will be available for pick up until the next day when they will be shipped (minus balloons or plush additional items). A second hand delivery attempted may be requested for an additional fee.
What are the box sizes?
Can Substitutions be made?
The core of each box remains the same. Ale carte options may be added.
Items may vary based on local partner availability. Theme and value are maintained.
How does the QR video message work?
Each box includes a private QR link to your video. Videos are hosted as unlisted links. Only people with the link can view. A reply link lets the student send a thank you. Instructions will be provided on the order form. You may opt out of the video message and send a simple note instead.
How are cancellations or damaged handled?
Full refund if canceled 48 or more hours before delivery or shipping. After 48 hours all sales are final.
Report damaged items within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund them.
Please list any allergies at checkout. We will make reasonable substitutions when possible. Boxed in the Bend and Fun By The Yard do not guarantee allergen free products or environments and are not responsible or liable for any allergic reactions or adverse outcomes related to our products or partner items.
