What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Notre Dame, Saint Mary’s, Holy Cross, IUSB, and Bethel. We know that our Michiana neighbors love these too, so we're here to serve South Bend, Granger, Mishawaka, and Oceola as well. And we heard you when you asked for expedited delivery! Enjoy hand delivery within a 10-mile radius of South Bend, with shipping options available throughout the continental United States.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1 PM (Mon–Fri) ship same day.
Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next business day.
We do not ship on weekends.
Hand delivery is next-day unless otherwise arranged.
What about dorm deliveries?
Someone must be available to sign.
Drivers cannot enter residence halls without an escort.
Can substitutions be made?
Core box structure remains consistent.
Items may vary slightly based on local partner availability.
Theme and value are always maintained.

Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before delivery or shipping.

What about dorm deliveries or when no one is home?
For dorm deliveries, please ensure someone is available to sign for the package. Drivers cannot enter residence halls without an escort or security credentials.
Undeliverable packages will be available for pick up until the next day when they will be shipped (minus balloons or plush additional items). A second hand delivery attempted may be requested for an additional fee.
Can Substitutions be made?
The core of each box remains the same. Ale carte options may be added.

How does the QR video message work?
Each box includes a private QR link to your video. Videos are hosted as unlisted links. Only people with the link can view. A reply link lets the student send a thank you. Instructions will be provided on the order form. You may opt out of the video message and send a simple note instead.
How are damaged handled?
Report damaged items within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund them at managers discression.
